- In a large mixing bowl, combine milk and instant pudding mix. Whisk until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes. Set aside to develop flavors.
- Peel and slice the ripe bananas into even rounds, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Layer dessert in a glass dish starting with pudding, followed by banana slices and then strawberries. Repeat for even layers.
- In a separate bowl, combine melted butter with crushed cookies until fully mixed.
- Sprinkle cookie mixture evenly over top layer of strawberries, gently press down to create a crust.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until pudding is set.
Notes
Top with fresh whipped cream and extra cookie crumbs for a beautiful finish.
