  • 2 fresh jalapeños, chopped (adjust based on spice preference)
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tbsp pineapple juice (100% juice)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or resealable bag, combine chicken breasts with garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, pineapple juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
