  • 4 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. For the sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine more soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, garlic powder, and sesame oil; stir until bubbly.
  6. Coat the baked meatballs in the sauce before serving over cooked rice or quinoa. Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
