  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. Boil sweet potato cubes in salted water until tender (about 15 minutes). Drain and mash until smooth.
