- 8 sheets phyllo dough

- 2 large eggs
- 4 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions until translucent, then add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in the ground meat and cook until browned. Season with cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before mixing in beaten eggs to bind the filling.
- Brush a baking dish with melted butter or oil. Layer four sheets of phyllo dough in the dish, brushing each layer generously.
