- 2 medium sweet potatoes (about 1 lb)
- 2 ripe avocados
- 3 cloves garlic
- Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tbsp)

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Peel and dice sweet potatoes into bite-sized cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper; spread on a baking sheet.
- Place seasoned chicken on another baking sheet. Bake both trays for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sweet potatoes are tender.
