- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Cooking oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, shredded vegetables, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well mixed.
- Soak each rice paper wrapper in warm water for about 10 seconds until pliable.
- Place one tablespoon of filling on the lower third of each wrapper. Fold up from the bottom over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito.
- Heat enough cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat to cover the bottom generously.
- Fry dumplings in hot oil without overcrowding until golden brown on both sides (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- Transfer cooked dumplings to paper towels to drain excess oil and serve hot with dipping sauces.
