  • 1 cup fresh figs, quartered (about 150g)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar (100g)
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar (60ml)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse cranberries under cold water, discarding any bad berries. Slice figs into quarters.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, figs, sugar, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, orange zest, and salt.
  3. Stir gently until mixed; bring to a boil while stirring occasionally.
  4. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes until cranberries pop and the mixture thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool completely before transferring to an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
