  • 1 cup bell peppers (diced, mixed red and green)
  • 1 medium yellow onion (diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté onions and bell peppers until softened.
  3. Add crumbled Italian sausage to the skillet and cook until browned.

  7. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
