- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, honey, garlic, lime juice, and sesame oil until smooth.
- Marinate shrimp in half the sauce for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook marinated shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.
- Add remaining sauce to the skillet and stir well; cook for an additional minute.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm over rice or noodles with lime wedges.
