Ingredients

  • 1 lb large fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix gochujang, honey, garlic, lime juice, and sesame oil until smooth.
  3. Marinate shrimp in half the sauce for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook marinated shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.
  5. Add remaining sauce to the skillet and stir well; cook for an additional minute.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve warm over rice or noodles with lime wedges.
