  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Rinse sole fillets under cold water and pat dry. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Lightly dust each fillet with flour, shaking off the excess.

  4. Place the fillets in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Carefully flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
