Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 medium sweet yellow onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (divided)
- 1 cup tomato sauce (no added sugars)
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the elbow macaroni until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with diced onions until soft. Drain excess grease.
