  • 12 large shrimp (deveined and peeled)
  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook jumbo pasta shells until al dente. Drain and cool on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. In a skillet, melt half the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds, then add shrimp until pink and opaque.
  3. Pour in white wine and lemon juice, simmering for two minutes. Stir in red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine shrimp mixture with sour cream, Parmesan, parsley, and seasoning in a bowl.
  5. Fill each shell with the mixture using a spoon or piping bag. Place them tightly in a greased baking dish.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Drizzle remaining melted butter over filled shells and bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
