Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp until pink and opaque (about 3-4 minutes per side). Gently fold in the crab meat.
  2. In a separate saucepan, warm the Alfredo sauce over low heat for about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic for extra flavor if desired.
  3. On each tortilla, spoon the shrimp and crab mixture down the center and drizzle with Alfredo sauce.
  4. Roll up tightly by folding in the sides first, then rolling from one end to the other.
