  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Blanch the cauliflower florets in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes until slightly tender.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute), then stir in heavy cream.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese to the cream mixture, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
