Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine flour and 1/4 cup sugar. Cut in softened butter until crumbly, then press into the bottom of the baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes until golden.

- Bake for an additional 30-35 minutes or until set. Cool completely before slicing and dusting with powdered sugar.
