Instructions

  5. Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool cakes on wire racks before preparing the frosting by beating mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar and lemon juice until creamy.
