  • 20 round dumpling wrappers
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced

  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cups fresh ramen noodles
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  2. Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Moisten edges with water and fold to seal.

  4. Simmer chicken broth in another pot. Add ramen noodles and cook per package instructions until tender.
