  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  5. Stir in nutmeg and cinnamon until evenly mixed.
  6. Pour filling over cooled crust and bake for 55-65 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before refrigerating overnight.
