Instructions

  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread pecans on a baking sheet and toast for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, sugar, orange zest, and water. Cook until cranberries pop (about 10 minutes), stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in toasted pecans and cinnamon; simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least an hour.
