  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/3 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 10 Whole Cloves
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and position the oven rack in the lower third.
  2. Remove packaging from the ham and pat dry with paper towels. Place cut-side down in a large roasting pan lined with aluminum foil.
  3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and water until smooth.
  4. Score diamond patterns on the ham's surface; insert whole cloves into each intersection and add the cinnamon stick.
  5. Pour half of the glaze over the ham and bake uncovered for about 1 hour 30 minutes, basting every 20 minutes with more glaze.
  6. Increase oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) for the last 15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let it rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
