- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack blend)
- 1 cup corn (canned or frozen, drained)
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips (for topping)
- 2 green onions (sliced, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Shred the cooked chicken in a bowl. Mix in ranch dressing, BBQ sauce, corn, and half of the shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
