  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  3. Let cool slightly, then whisk in eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract.

  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. Allow brownies to cool completely before making the mousse.
  7. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gradually fold in melted chocolate, powdered sugar, and sea salt until combined.
  8. Spread mousse over cooled brownies and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.
