  • 2 soft-boiled eggs, halved
  • ½ cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup assorted vegetables (e.g., bok choy or bean sprouts)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat chicken broth over medium heat. Stir in dashi powder and soy sauce.
  2. Once simmering, add Saimin noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender.
  3. In a separate pan, sauté char siu pork until warmed through.
  4. Boil eggs for 6-7 minutes for soft-boiled texture, then cool in ice water before peeling.
