Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat sugar and eggs until fluffy. Add oil, milk, and vanilla; mix well before folding in dry ingredients.
  4. Divide batter between prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Cool cakes in pans for 10 minutes; transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
  6. For frosting, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar; gradually add heavy cream until smooth.
