  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Cooking spray or 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: Tonkatsu sauce for dipping

Instructions
