  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Clean and dry the mushrooms thoroughly.
  2. In one bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Place Panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  3. Dip each mushroom in the flour mixture, then into the egg wash, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry mushrooms in small batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm with your favorite dips.
